Merchandiser/ Product Developer The SGI-USA is looking for a full-time merchandiser/product developer. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in merchandising for retail, product development and web marketing. Duties include inventory management, costing (calculating profit and loss), merchandising for multiple locations, exploring marketing channels and overseeing web content. Candidates should have excellent communications skills. They should also be flexible, a self-starter and a team player. They must display the highest integrity and ability to manage outside vendor relationships. Computer proficiency, knowledge of e-commerce, store management and product design are necessary. Information Technology Specialist The SGI-USA Information Technology (IT) Department is looking for a full-time IT Specialist. Candidates should have one IT-related certification and a minimum of three years’ experience in the field. Strong troubleshooting skills and advanced knowledge of at least three of the following areas are required: deployment and management of enterprise desktop computers and servers, Microsoft Dynamics 365 support, cybersecurity operations, Microsoft’s Active Directory administration, system engineering, Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, IT help desk support, login scripts, databases and network administration.
